XP Rate Adjustments
- Should players have the option to enable 2x XP?
Answer: I feel that increased XP rates should be an Account unlock for reaching max level with a character at the 1x rates.

- Should we introduce XP boost events, such as double XP weekends?
Answer: Most people have limited time to play games. Having XP boost events, such as double XP weekends, actually disincentivizes people from playing during the normal, non-event, times. Instead of having a steady playerbase during the entire week, you would find that a large number of players just don't play at all unless it's during the double XP times.

Website Shop
- What should be available in the shop?
Answer: Cosmetic items, such as unique shirts and tabards, companion pets. Possibly titles. Possibly flavor spell effects that provide no actual gameplay benefit, but cosmetically alter the character's apprearance. Possibly mounts, as long as they still require the same level and riding skill as normal mounts, Web shop mounts should also change speed with the player's current riding skill.

- Should items like temporary XP boosts or gold be purchasable?
Answer: I feel that temporary XP boosts should not be purchasable.
I feel that gold should be purchasable with Vote Points. And something that would be a good idea is to have 36 slot bags, you know the ones, that can be purchased with either a small amount of money, or a weeks worth of Vote Points per bag. The bags should also be made Bind on Equip, that way the purchaser can either use them, or trade them/sell them on AH. This way, instead of buying gold directly with real money, it is more of a WoW Token style of gold buying.

Player Bots
- In the early stages, when the population is lower, should we introduce player bots to help with dungeons and PvP?
Answer: Yes, I think player bots would be a welcome addition, so long as the bots are easily recognizable as player bots and not a normal account that is botting, such as Player Bots being in a guild that is unique.

Progressive Server (Starting on Patch 1.6.1)
- Should Redrock Vanilla be a progressive server, starting with patch 1.6.1 and unlocking later content over time?
Answer: Most people do not have any knowledge of the vanilla game other than 1.12.1. If a progressive server is done, then your database should be searchable with categories, the way WoWhead is. In other words I should be able to scroll through category drop down lists to find things that I did not already know existed. I should be able to answer the question, "Hmm, I wonder what 1-hand swords are obtaineable at my level?" and I should be able to go to the database, select the current patch version, and then filter all the items in the game by weapon>Sword>1-hand and then sort by level requirement.
A progressive server could be cool, but the database needs to be set up in a way that it can answer the countless questions that people like myself would have.
-
- How should progression be handled (e.g., time-based unlocks, client 1.12.1)?
Answer: I'm not sure. I think time-based is the normal way of handling progressive servers.

Open Suggestions
- Do you have other ideas or features you'd like to see on Redrock? Let us know!
Answer: I know it would take a significant amount of work, and balancing, but I think it would be very cool for there to be more Legendary Weapons/Shields such that every class and role has a Legendary that feels appropriate to use. I don't mean a specific Legendary for each spec, but enough legendaries that every ones absolute end game best in slot weapon/shield should be a Legendary.
